About Me

Hi all. My name is Chris Wojo. I have been a personal trainer for 10 years. I’ve been interested in fitness since I was an early teen. I was an athlete growing up, playing competitive soccer until my 20s as well as other recreational sports. I have carried that athletic mindset into my career.
