"I have worked out for over 30 years but had mainly focused on cardio. After I turned 55 I realized I need to add more strength training. Marley has been instrumental in building a program I can do 3-4 times a week. Twice a week I train with Marley and then I use her program on my own. As a trained PT Marley is very cognizant of a past injury I had and ensures I strengthen that area. She is very friendly and easy to discuss training ideas as well as nutrition. Marley can really help you reach your goals."

"Just a quick note about training with Chris, or Wojo as we call him around the gym. To level set, I’m north of 50 and lead a pretty sedentary life due to work. I have limited time to exercise. In an effort to fast track regaining my “old man strength” I engaged Wojo 3x a week, while complementing lifting with 2x a week of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It was a winning combination. I found my strength increasing by the week, along with my flexibility. We focused on core exercises and layered in free weights and machines for better range of motion. I definitely leaned out and got stronger with more physical endurance - which helped greatly when faced with much younger dudes on the mats."

"My son (13 years old) has been working with Chris for about a year. He became really sluggish after Covid. We tried different ways to get him active, MMA, karate but nothing motivated him. I decide to hire a personal trainer to come to the home. This has been one of the best investments. My son is working out 2-4 times a week with Chris and is able to handle the hour long work out now. Chris makes the work outs fun and gears it to Anthony's interests. We either meet at our local rec center on the basketball courts or at home. They do basketball, soccer and football drills. Chris pushes Anthony to meet his potential. He doesn't let him slack! This year, Anthony decided to play flag football. He hasn't wanted to play sports in years. "Although I have never been a client I have worked out with Chris probably just as much as one of his clients has. Chris and I became friends while working at Crunch fitness, I was new to the area and got a part time job working the desk. I remember watching the trainers with clients and I was always impressed with how he had so many people that came to work with him, and they all seemed almost more like friends than clients. They worked hard but also always seemed to be laughing and having a good time while doing it. This is not for a lack of attention to detail though, Chris is always paying attention and ensuring that the exercises are being done correctly. This is something I noticed differed from some other trainers who were constantly looking around and barely interacting with their clients. As I started to work out with Chris I realized how novice of a lifter I was and how little understanding of physical training I truly had. I have made a lot of progress and gained a lot of knowledge since starting to workout with Chris and I have had a lot of fun doing it. We’re always laughing and making jokes and having friendly competitions even though I’m pretty sure the only thing I could beat him in is calf raises. I gained a great friend and a love for sushi which I had never had until Chris and another friend forced me to try it, so if you want to win him over sushi is the way. One other thing I have always loved about working out with Chris is his flexibility. No matter what you want to focus on he will make it work. “Chris is the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. First off, he has many years of experience of training and playing sports so he knows what he is doing. If you have a goal, he knows how to reach it. Second, I’ve had a lot of trainers who have their pet training routine that you just know they apply to everyone. Chris isn’t that kind of cookie cutter trainer, he designs a specific training regimen for you. Third, he knows just how much he can push you in a session. If you have ever been made too sore, or injured by trainer because he didn’t understand your fitness level, Chris won’t do that - that is a priceless quality in a trainer. Lastly, he’s reliable.
